About the Race

SODIKART has launched the Sodi W Series(SWS). The 1st International Leisure Ranking series based on  personal or  team’s results over the different Sodi W Series races (Sprint or Endurance) Teams enter over the course of the year and around the world on all track partners of the Sodi W Series.

On completion of an SWS approved event, points are allocated to each entrant according to his/her ranking in either Sprint (Individual) and Endurance (Team) events. This ranking is then integrated into the results of the other events organized by the partner tracks located worldwide. Once combined, the rankings from each event are used to establish the 1st International Leisure Ranking and a ticket to the Sodi W Series Grand Final. The Kartdrome 24 Hours Endurance Challenge, run since 2004, is a mainstay of the UAE motorsport calendar. The event has been dubbed as “extreme racing” – as tough as it gets and requires stamina, concentration, speed, consistency and probably most importantly team work – all this under the duress of hard fought competition over a 24 hour period.  At the end there will be a winning team, but in truth competing with enthusiasm and completing the event is a victory in itself.
