Abu Dhabi, UAE. 19 August 2010: Team Abu Dhabi’s Jassim Al Shamsi returns to battle this weekend for the fourth round of the Radical European Masters at the Hungaroring Grand Prix Circuit, as he looks to make it back-to-back podium finishes after last month’s strong showing in Holland.

Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA)-backed Al Shamsi caused a sensation at Zandvoort when he finished on the podium on his debut at the Dutch seaside circuit. The Emirati rookie drove, for the first time, in wet and challenging conditions and still managed to power to third place in the SR3 Class. Pit-lane regulars all took note and will be keeping a close eye on the Team Abu Dhabi driver for the rest of the season.

As the Radical European Masters series moves to Budapest for the first time, and with no-one having home turf advantage, Team Abu Dhabi will compete on a level playing field on Saturday. Al Shamsi is fired up to bring home more silverware from Hungaroring: “I understand the championship so much better now and I have been working on learning car set up as well as developing my fitness. During the holy month of Ramadan it is even more important to be mentally prepared so I am heading into this weekend with more determination than ever.”

Next Round: 21/22 August at the Hungaroring Formula One Circuit
