Dubai: Motoring Middle East launches new car show on GearOne TV
Dubai, Feb 8th 2016– The Dubai based dynamic duo of Shahzad Sheikh and Imthishan Giado, hailed by many for their insightful automotive journalism, will now be coming to TV screens across the Middle East and North Africa in new weekly show, aptly named ‘Motoring Middle East’.
“We can’t wait to bring our car reviews and crazy motoring challenges to a whole new audience on GearOne TV, and we know they’ll get a kick out of our own distinct MME style that is informative and entertaining, but most of all, fueled by passion!” said Shahzad Sheikh, a professional automotive journalist with over 25 year’s experience, including more than a decade based in the Middle East.
Millions of viewers in over 30 countries across the Middle East and North Africa regions will have access to the new show via GearOne TV, a Dubai based ‘free to air’ satellite channel, offering 24/7 automotive and motorsports content aimed at individuals on a quest for fast paced, informative reviews, peppered with fun and all things motorized. The new show will broadcast weekly on Tuesday’s at 8pm.

We live and breathe cars and we love seeing what people in this style-obsessed region do to make them even more unique,” added Imthishan Giado, a former business journalist with six years of automotive experience, including the region’s biggest motoring title.
Motoring Middle East already enjoys a successful digital presence online, via its own website (www.MotoringME.com), a successful YouTube channel and huge social media following. This new broadcasting platform underpins the professional portfolio for the brand.
The deal has been carefully structured by XSPORT Group, the management consultancy for developing content and events at the GearOne TV channel.
