Aug 3rd 2011 – The first Gulf 12 Hours takes place this winter at Yas Marina Circuit inAbu Dhabi, arguably the most glamorous race track in the world.

The event will end at night under the sparkling lights and magical atmosphere that made the final Grand Prix of the 2009 and 2010 Formula 1 seasons so unique.

This endurance race is open to GT cars from GT2 to GT4, as well as one-make series (eg  Porsche Cup and Ferrari Challenge), sports cars (CN2) and a limited number of touring cars.

The innovative sporting regulations makes the race suitable for serious teams with no previous experience in races longer than 6 hours and for cars not specifically designed for endurance races.

The Gulf 12 Hours is by invitation only and the starting grid strictly limited to 48 cars.  A tailored logistics service will take care of cars and equipment making the transfer as easy.
